🌐 2. Submit a Ticket via the cPanel Dashboard
If you are a registered user, you can submit a ticket through the Admin Panel (cPanel):
Steps:
Log in to your Admin account
Navigate to Support > Submit Ticket
Select the appropriate Category (e.g., Installation, Billing, Technical, Feature Request).
Enter your message and submit the form
You can track the status of your ticket and view previous support conversations within your account dashboard.
