Why is the Agent app not available on Google Play or the Apple App Store?
The MyPhones Agent app is not listed on Google Play or the Apple App Store due to strict platform policies that restrict apps from accessing sensitive device data — such as call logs, SMS messages, and real-time GPS location — unless the app fits very narrow use cases (e.g., antivirus, parental control apps with built-in approval).
The Agent app requires background access to data that these platforms consider “privacy-sensitive,” and therefore it cannot be distributed through their public stores.
To ensure full functionality and user control, we distribute the Agent app directly through our official website. This allows device owners to install the app with full awareness and consent, in compliance with local laws and ethical guidelines.
