💳 FAQs – Payment & License Activation


1. What happens after I complete a payment? Once your payment is confirmed, the system will automatically update your account license. This includes:

  • Switching to the purchased plan (Free → Pro, Pro → Premium, etc.)

  • Extending the expiration date based on your payment

  • Enabling any features included in the new license tier

You will receive an email confirmation with updated license details.


2. Will my license be updated automatically if I pay with the same email? Yes. If the email address you used during payment matches the one in your MyPhones account, the license will be automatically linked and updated — no action is required on your part.


3. What if I paid using a different email address? If you made payment using a different email (e.g., PayPal or credit card email), the system will:

  • Generate a license key

  • Send it to the email address used during payment

You can then use that license key to activate the license in your MyPhones account.


4. How do I apply a license key manually?

  1. Log in to your Admin app or Control Panel

  2. Go to Account → License → Apply License Key

  3. Enter the license key you received by email

  4. Confirm, and your account will be upgraded


5. Can I transfer a license key to another account? Yes. A license key can be used on any account, provided it has not been previously applied. Once activated, it is bound to the target account and cannot be reused.


6. What happens if I apply for a new license while my old one is still active? The system will:

  • Upgrade your current plan (if applicable)

  • Extend your license duration by adding extra days to your existing expiration date.


7. Do I need to apply a license key every time I renew? No. If you use the same account and email address for all future payments, your license will always update automatically. Manual entry is only required when the payment email address does not match your login email address.


8. How can I check my current license status? Go to your Admin app or https://cpanel.myphones.app, then open: Account → License → View License Info
