MyPhones.app is offered through a network of trusted distributors worldwide. These authorized distributors are responsible for managing customer onboarding, support, and localized services.
Depending on where you registered or which partner referred you, your account may be managed by one of these distributors.
What does a distributor do?
Distributors are responsible for:
Assisting users during the onboarding and setup process
Providing customer service and billing support
Offering localized promotions, pricing, or usage guides
How do I know who my distributor is?
You can usually find your distributor’s name in one of the following ways:
Displayed in the app under Settings > About
Mentioned in the confirmation email you received upon registration
Based on the website where you downloaded the app
If you are unsure, please get in touch with our support team, and we will help you verify your account source.
Will my experience be different depending on the distributor?
All distributors operate on the same MyPhones.app platform and follow the same technical and policy standards. However, differences may apply in:
Customer support channels and response times
Pricing plans or subscription models
Language or localization support
Regardless of your distributor, the app features, data protection policy, and platform compliance remain consistent.
