We understand that having to reinstall the app or create a new account can be inconvenient. However, due to security, privacy, and platform differences, your previous data from the old brand is not managed or stored by MyPhones.The app (MPA) cannot be migrated.
Each distributor operates independently, and MPA does not have access to legacy accounts or data from third-party platforms. This separation ensures strict compliance with modern data protection regulations and reinforces user privacy.
