You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to use this Service on behalf of a minor or organization. You must only install the Agent app on devices that you own or have explicit permission to monitor.

2. Legal Use Only

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized or unlawful surveillance, stalking, or invasion of privacy is strictly prohibited.

3. Consent

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from users of devices where the Agent app is installed. Failure to do so may violate privacy laws.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Data Collection

The Service may collect data, including but not limited to: GPS location, call logs, SMS, photos, installed apps, and other device metadata, as explicitly enabled by you. All data collection is conducted by our Privacy Policy and Consent Guidelines.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to monitor devices without proper consent

• Tamper with or reverse-engineer the app

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any data loss or interruptions in access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, without refund or prior notice.

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, misuse of information, or service disruptions.
