How Does the App Work?

After installing the app on a smartphone, whether it is an Android or iOS device, the app begins storing the phone's activities, including contact information and the apps installed on the phone. It uses GPS location transmission to ascertain the phone's location. The app then sends the information to the official website once an internet connection is available, every thirty minutes. This allows the user of the tracking app to visit the website to view helpful information about the phone they are tracking or monitoring. The information sent to the control panels is available for viewing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For a first-time user, the data collected from your phone by the app won't be immediately displayed on the control panel. After your first login, it may take up to 30 minutes for the data to become available for viewing on the control panel. You need good internet on your phone for the app to send the collected data to the control panel. This includes phones being monitored or tracked, and they should also have a good internet connection, at least a 3G or 4G connection, because the app requires a stable internet connection to send information to the control panel for you to access it. Restart the phone after twenty minutes if the data is still not displayed on the control panel.

What is meant by Location Tracking?

Upon installing the app, it begins tracking the phone's GPS location and stores the area every thirty minutes. The simple answer is yes. Let's say you are a parent with three or even five kids. To track your kids' phones, simply create an account with the app on the official website. Then, install the app on your child's Apple or Android smartphone. The app will send helpful information to the control panel, allowing you to track your phone. Lest we forget, the app will enable you to track up to five phones with the same account. The app is genuinely a family phone tracking app.

Do I need the phone I want to monitor to use MyPhones?

You must install the app on the phone you want to track. Do this with the owner's consent, as the app is not intended to be downloaded onto a person's phone without their permission.

Will my kid know it's installed?

Your kid will know the app is installed, and that's alright. However, if you fear that your child may uninstall the app, consider downloading a smart lock app on their phone to protect the app and prevent it from being uninstalled without your permission. The app will notify the phone every twelve hours so the owner knows that the app is running on the phone.

How do I install MyPhones remotely?

You cannot install the app remotely. You must be present to complete the entire installation.

Do I need to root the phone I want to monitor?

No, rooting the phone you want to monitor will stop the app from working on it.

Where can I see the information about the mobile phone I am tracking? Go to the control panel on the official website, MyPhones.app. Log in to your account, and you can view everything you need. The app is simple, just as the website is easy to use.

What if I need technical support?

MyPhones does not provide technical support. If you need any help, email [email protected]. You can open a support ticket in the control panel and enter your username and password to access your account.

To deter unlawful and/or unauthorized use of the software and/or the secret or surreptitious gathering of data without the user's permission, an icon will appear on any smartphone on which the app has been downloaded, and notifications are sent to the smartphone approximately every 12 hours to notify the user that app is running on the phone, and that specific data from the phone is being monitored and collected remotely.

HOW IT WORKS

After installing the software on the phone, which takes approximately 30 seconds, parents can monitor the following data from their child's Android smartphone: (1) GPS location data on a plotted map (updated every 30 minutes); (2) Contacts on a Phone; (3) Apps Installed on a Phone. All of this data is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from an account that can be established on our secure website at MyPhones.app.

What information does the app record from the smartphone on which it is installed?

The app will record the following activities on the smartphone on which it is installed. GPS Cell Phone Location Log - Approximately every 30 minutes, the smartphone's location will be logged using its GPS coordinates. Contacts on the Phone Installed apps on the Phone

What smartphones does the Software support?

The app is compatible with Android 2.3 and Android 9 phones. We are writing an iPhone version of MyPhones, which will be available soon.

How Do You Install The App on Android Phones?

Once you click our free download buttons, you will be sent to our Google Play Android page, where you will click the link to install the software. It usually takes about 30 seconds to download. The app installs on your Android phone just like any other Android marketplace app, with the only difference being that you will enter a username and password during installation, and the software will begin to run in the background.

Ensure that GPS location data is enabled on your phone. Ensure you have enabled GPS services to allow GPS tracking on your phone. Whether or not you have GPS location data enabled on the phone only affects the GPS Location tracking of the app.

After about 1-5 minutes, a notification should appear in the notification tray at the top of the phone, indicating that the app is running.

Log in to your control panel to validate the installation. The software may take up to 20 minutes to begin recording information on some phones. If no information has been received by then, try restarting your phone.

After this point, data will be transmitted from the phone to your account at the cPanel site. You can log in to your account at any time using the web browser by entering the username and password you used when installing the app.

At this point, you can make some calls, send some texts, and browse the web to verify that the data is being transmitted properly to the MyPhones app control panel, allowing you to view it. The phone only transmits data to the control panel if data is enabled on the phone and an internet connection is available, allowing the software to send the data. You must log in within 7 days of downloading the software; otherwise, your account will be deleted. Since this is a free service, we do not want to maintain accounts that are not being used.

To Uninstall MyPhones from your Phone.

To uninstall MyPhones, go to Settings > Applications.

Scroll down to click the MyPhones Icon, and you will be brought to this screen.

Click on Force Stop Then click Uninstall.

When the phone prompts you to tap OK to uninstall the software, you will see one more screen indicating that the software has been removed.

If you sell, discard, or otherwise transfer a phone in any way, you must uninstall the software and delete the downloaded app from the phone.

Do you provide MyPhones phone support?

We do not currently offer phone technical support for the software. You can email us at support@MyPhones.app, or open a support ticket with us in the control panel, providing your username and the account you used, so that we can access your account.

MyPhones in my Country?

The user acknowledges that it is their responsibility to research and comply with the applicable laws in their country regarding the use of this software. By downloading and installing the app, you acknowledge that you will use the app in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You must also read and agree to our User Agreement before installing the app and using the service. Only install the app on SmartPhones you own. You must inform people using the smartphone that the software is installed on their device and what it is tracking and keeping records of, in accordance with any applicable laws.

Does the software have to be physically installed on the SmartPhone?

Yes, you must possess the smartphone on which the software will be installed.

How to install the app on Android?

Click the free download link on the app's website. You will be directed to the Google Play Store, where you can begin the download. The download may take up to thirty seconds to complete, depending on your network signal strength. Before the installation, you will enter your preferred username and password, and the app will run in the background. Ensure that your GPS location data is turned on, and see that the GPS tracking service is enabled on your phone. After approximately one to five minutes, you will be notified that the app has started running. Log in to the control panel from the app's official website to verify the installation. The app may not record your phone data until approximately twenty minutes have passed; then, the data will be available on the control panel. If you don't see anything, confirm that your network is good, and then restart your phone. How do I remove MyPhones from my Android phone?

Go to Settings, then Applications, find the app icon, and tap it. It will include a "FORCE STOP" page and "UNINSTALL". Tap "FORCE STOP" then "UNINSTALL".
