What is the Agent app?
The Agent app of MyPhones is the application that you install on the device you want to monitor. This is typically a smartphone or tablet that belongs to you or someone in your family — such as your child’s phone, a spare family device, or a company-owned mobile phone.
The purpose of the Agent app is to collect specific data from the device, such as GPS location, call history, text messages, battery status, and other authorized information. It runs in the background and sends the data securely to the MyPhones cloud system, where it can be reviewed through the Admin app or online dashboard.

What is the Admin app?
The Admin app of MyPhones is the application that you install on your device to manage and monitor other linked devices. From the Admin app, you can view the data sent from Agent devices, track real-time GPS location, receive notifications, configure tracking settings, and manage connected devices.
The Admin app is designed to help you keep an overview of your registered devices securely and responsibly. You can link multiple Agent devices to one Admin account and manage their configurations remotely.
This app is typically used by parents, guardians, or device owners who want to keep track of the digital activity or location of the devices they are responsible for.
